• In case of payment failure, the deducted amount (if any) will be refunded automatically as per Razorpay and bank policies.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, customs clearance, or courier delays.

• Orivana Overseas is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
